I switched to a small agency and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I am HAPPY. I am feeling CREATIVE. My bosses are supportive and smart. My clients (national brand names) are appreciative, collaborative, polite and smart. It exists but I’m still pinching myself every day.

Any ADs make the switch to copywriter? I can write pretty decently, I love coming up with ideas/concepting and I just don’t have the knack or love for sitting on a computer and editing comps or designing some stupid IG post anymore.

I've been working crazy hours on a terrible account for the past year. No good work. No acknowledgment of my partner and I making inconsequential changes so social posts until close to midnight on a regular basis.
