Struggling with whether I bring up my issues to HR. I suffer from horrible insomnia and diagnosed with delayed sleep phase, so these 8am stand ups are brutal. And usually pointless. Also my depression and anxiety are at an all time high. Thank God we are remote because I'm barely functioning and hardly able to work half the time. What can HR do in this situation if anything? And I don't like the video calls right now (often feeling sick or just finished crying)

What to know before getting laser hair removal? Thick dark hair (East Asian). Definitely armpits, maybe legs and bikini (haven’t decided on those). I don’t mind shaving and trimming there, respectively.

Hi. My hair is long but thin; tangles a lot. I usr expensive shampoo and hair mask (kerastase) but due to some personal crisis I did not comb my hair for weeks and its all dry and tangled and can not be combed.
