Where have folks found the best rates on home loans? Big banks like BofA, smaller fintechs like sofi, credit unions, etc?

In DC I had good luck refinancing with a small mortgage co called McLean Mortgage. I find Yelp a great way to crowdsource local recommendations on a product like that. And it’s a service business depending on a specific human to get you through the process quickly and trouble free…Say no to call centers and websites.

Hi fishes,

Just need your idea/experience (if any) on the following query:
I already have an offer with CTS.
I am also getting offers from other MNCs, but for other locations.
If I wish to join CTS only, but want to negotiate with them, on the latest offer I have with an expectation that they atleast match the same amount (if not offering me more).
So just wanted to know, whether at all they would provide me a revised offer or would they be strict enough to let me go & not negotiating at all?

Hi EY Folks,
What is the process of background verification in EY GDS?
1.BGV is conducted by first advantage and they have asked information only for last employment and not for all of my previous employment.
2. Offer letter says mandatory documents to be submitted (last 2 employers as applicable).
3. They do background verification from only last two employers or all the employers?
