Should I travel to the US or stay back and take this offer?

I’m not sure what to do about my relationship anymore. My SO and I have been together almost 7 years. We argue frequently over what feels like trivial things. I came across multiple posts in which the pay is very much less compared to the industry standard ( on seeing their YOE)

But digging a bit deeper, we could see the lack of skill sets, not up to the market trend with latest technologies. Basically not updating ourselves with new stuffs happening around.

Your YOE nowadays doesn't matter much but skills matters. Keep upgrading your skills if you want to stick to the market trends and enjoy the boom.
