Can someone at BAH tell me where a “Management Consultant, Senior” falls in the scale of things? I am currently with Accenture and am a Consultant and trying to figure out if this is a step, down, lateral or step up. Mainly concerned with responsibility level at the moment.

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

How do I deal with this?

I am currently a sales rep at cintas and I am thinking about making the switch over to tech sales. Does anybody have an advice or opinions on what I should do and where I should look? And if it would be smarter to stay at cintas?

This may seem like a silly question, but what's the difference between an outside and an inside sales rep?

Also, how do I avoid jobs where I'm required to push customers into things they don't want? I'm able to do my best work when I can just hang out with people and they feel like they can genuinely trust me. It's also extremely important that I truly get behind what I'm selling.
