Spanish. I really recommend people practicing having the ability to retain information without note taking as you have a limited recording time that requires a fast cadence in your response. I’m a seasoned interpreting note taker with my background in legal and those tools didn’t apply here. The format is so unnatural but once I realized that I did a lot better.

I am seeking advice. I have currently taken my passion for fitness/nutrition and started coaching a few clients as a side hustle. I have a unique medical background that can help me be relatable and knowledgable for clients. What advice can someone give for the best ways to market myself? Because of my medical background, I invasion helping clients who struggle with illnesses. Is this too narrow of a client list. Should I be more open to helping everyone or stick with what I know?

I am in a healthy happy marriage, own a home, financially stable and 32. I just found out I am pregnant and I am a bit shocked. I have thyroid issues and so we were told to try for 6 months and if/when it didnt they would start medical intervention…welp naturally happened the first month. My husband is over the moon but I am so nervous, probably because I didn’t think it would happen so soon. I wanted this for so long and now it’s here and I am being so ungrateful. Anyone go through this?

Im so confused by maternity leave policies and Reed can’t answer any of my questions. So, I can take 4 weeks before delivery and 6 weeks after delivery through California disability leave in addition to 12 weeks parental leave. If I deliver early, does it mean I have more time off after delivery? How about I deliver late? Another question, my due date falls on Christmas time, can I stop my disability leave and use holiday time and continue with the disability leave?

Can anyone in PA provide an idea of what they pay for their family medical insurance plans? I have a family of 5 and I think our monthly premium is crazy. Trying to get an idea of something like this:

How is the structure of Medical Insurance in Accenture? In offer letter it is written "Accenture negotiated rates for parents". 20% copay for parents and 10% for self, spouse and children. Can anybody give full details? How much premium for parents. Is it beneficial or should I opt for 3rd party insurance? Also do Accenture medical insurance include OPD reimbursements ?

So , which one should choose. I heared Mindtree policies are still better than Larsen & Toubro Infotech as they don't track and provides sick leaves also over paid leaves.

But in LTI they do track and no sick leaves are there .

So after merger Mindtree policies will apply or LTI policies will be apply ?

Have you ever been misdiagnosed by your doctor? I went to my primary doctor for pelvic pain and inflammation after sex. She swore I had an STI after a pelvic exam and she did a cervical swab to test. She treated me the same appointment before the test results came back. I got a shot 500 mg of ceftriaxone. And also some type of antibiotic pills. The tests came back negative. I never had an STI. Has anyone negotiated pay at a hospital or company that states they have different levels/tiers of fixed pay for so-and-so profession and can’t budge? I’ve worked in other fields prior to healthcare and have a hard time believing every (pick profession like PT) gets paid exactly (pick random number like $72,345). I’m skeptical because it sounds like “we have levels/tiers of fixed pay and can’t budge” is just an excuse to shut down negotiation right away. Can anyone share their experience?
