1- Refresh your profile. Get opinions on it from your friends of the preferred sex. Maybe there's something on it that is steering potential matches away.

2- This might just be my own preference, but when you do match, try to have engaging and fun conversations with banter, instead of a boring "what are you up to?" or "how are you" on loop. If the conversations are fun over message, then I definitely wanna go on a date!

I've also seen people be successful by starting off with like a choose your own adventure. You ask your match if they want a compliment, a roast, a dad joke, etc

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.

If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better.
