J Crew has good quality stuff for reasonable prices. Also gives 15% student discount if you show your student id.
Lulu has great mens professional clothing. A little expensive but similar to pricing at other stores
Ann Taylor
You can also get nice clothes from Charles Tyrwhitt. They have a 6 month return policy and the business formal stuff starts around $60, so it’s pretty affordable. They’re non-iron wrinkle-less shirts!
Second on Charles tyrwhitt. Just got 3 shirts for a hundo
What’s your budget? If you don’t have a budget constraint then Ralph Lauren is the best.

I am of the opinion that the fit of a garment is what makes all the difference. Definitely go in person and try things on. Seams of the shoulder area on shirts should line up with the point of your shoulders, pants gems should fall just below the top of your shoe, you should feel confident when you look in the mirror. For brands, I think J. Crew, Bonobos, Ralph Lauren, Club Monaco, are all great options. Nordstrom has a nice selection all in one spot with a wide price range plus free hemming.
Zara. Or maybe Uniqlo for comfort.
I love Express. They are affordable and have great quality clothing. They also have good sales and coupons.
