Magna, MGR 175K base max
SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus
MLSE D, 140 - 160K,
Kainos, architect, 190K base max.

I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options.
