@OP I did the same thing. If you want you can change your company name to your consulting one under settings.

Just listened to RPM call, I'm sorry, but this is BS. Deloitte's performance review process sucks. Your manager can screw you on your review and you'll never know.

I keep reading all these posts about firms laying off a ton of people. Can someone explain what happens after one gets laid off? Like do they just fire you and that's it? What happens to the pay? Etc.
