I was told BGV will be initiated once all the tasks are marked as done. So how soon I should expect it to be initiated? And how much time does it take for BGV to be completed. Also what documents are required for BGV(?)

Many of onsite leads tells that move of it as they are migrating larger part of it to new platforms but BU heads says it is going to stay for a long long time don't get panicked.

I've been at my job for 1 year, and partner up with a lot of different stakeholders. My manager doesn't give me any support and guidance.

For the last 6 months, some senior stakeholders demand solutions relentlessly and will make rude/sarcastic comments about me in large meetings.

I thought I'd just suck it up and take it in my stride, but it's really impacted me mentally. My manager is friends with them, and I know will not help.
