Was told I would be receiving an offer letter after having a call this morning with a company I interviewed at but still haven’t received the letter yet. Is it typical to not receive an offer letter immediately after being told I’m being offered the job? If so about how long should I allow to receive it? Only reason I’m wondering is because I’d like to give my current employer plenty of notice before I leave (3 weeks if I can)

Any advice on how to deal with a condescending boss? I need a good response for next time. What can I say?

We are going back to the office soon and still have a 20% salary reduction. I don’t want to be working the same hours I was working pre-covid if I’m getting a reduced salary (and also not getting other benefits I was promised before) How should I approach this? I think salary vs hours should go both ways..
