Where would you say the tech worker population is located I know that there are a lot of companies in North Austin but I feel like the population density for South Austin might have more people there.

Thoughts on jumping from Workday to ServiceNow? I have had a few recruiters reach and mention former Workday consultants jumping over seamlessly. What are some pros/cons to consider? I’m pretty happy in the Workday ecosystem but any insight would be appreciated.
