I started a tradition New Years in a new country. Two of my friends, one from college and one from high school are going to join me to Italy and Swiss for this New Years. For next year I plan on going to Africa.. since I only get 10 PTO, gotta use it wisely!

I have a 30 by 30 country goal (and am currently at 24 and highly recommend for others to follow this trend) but I’m ~29 yr old at the moment, so, I’ve got to move quickly to make it or extend into my 30th yr which I’ll prob do bc I can still claim #30by30 (aka any time before I technically turn 31😏): - Buenos Aires, Argentina - Uruguay/Ecuador/Paraguay (one OR... all, who knows?) - Australia - New Zealand - Bali, Indonesia - Tokyo, Japan

(2) Do I make it clear in the interviews that I’ve already resigned from the current firm? Thoughts welcome. TIA 🙏
