okay!

A water bottle at the grocery store costs 20 rs and the same water bottle at the airport costs 100.

Go where you are valued higher both financially and as an asset.

You did the right thing. In the end we are all working for money.

Don't look back. Believe in yourself. You took a right decision.

Well to be honest. You started looking for other jobs just because you are not satisfied with the current job. It may be money, WLB etc. Once you have taken a decision to leave the company, why would you again rethink about decision. Nobody here will work for a company for a lower pay, when the market is providing you x2 or even x3 times what you are actually getting paid. If you have already got an offer which is satisfying you, then stick to that offer. Just dont switch again within 2-3 yrs to another company, because you also need to give yourself some time to develop and master your skillsets.

Thank you for the valuable advice! Appreciate!

People usually in India won't leave for lesser package. Its not about only money, but money is main factor or may be in future there is more money in that profile.

People who says its not about money are wealthy enough to not care.

Yes. Everyone works for money. If you think your current org doesn’t compensate well for your work and you get a better offer, don’t negotiate but leave for better pastures.
