I'm interning at a rx firm and didn't really know a whole lot coming in and had major imposter syndrome. The firm I'm at has really poor training to interns and kind of just expect you to learn as you go. I'm scared my first half work was judged poorly and now near the end of the internship I've turned it around a little as I've learned the process. Do y'all have any advice?

I got my H1B approval in Oct 2020 and the recommended consulate on my petition is Mumbai, India. I was on an F1 visa prior to this and this will be my first time H1B stamping. I have filled my DS-160 and I am looking for an appointment but due to the rush there are no appointments open as of now for Mumbai. Can I get the visa stamped from some other consulate location in India such as Delhi, Hyderabad, etc. Or if I get an appointment in Canada or Mexico can I get the stamping done from there ?

How does PERMs work for non-technical, common roles? Like I know there’s a lot or people who’d want to work for big 4 or tech firms (ex. Tech firm senior auditor roles, there’s probably a lot of applicants with similar backgrounds) - in this case I find it hard to believe that they won’t find a qualified applicant since those roles are so popular / experience standard is not as rigorous.. is it common for PERMs to fail?

Applied for GC EB1-C in November, got biometrics notice for next week. Received another biometrics notice for the GC EAD as well for subsequent week. Has anyone experienced this? Lawyers say it is rare. Any experience with this? Can I take both notices to the office and see if they will add the biometrics to the second application too.
