Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. Globant offering 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

I have a field in excel that represents the GSID, that I want to concatenate to create a link. Example field GSID is 123-west and the link needs to be www.website/123_west.html for some reason using concatenate with left & right formulas to switch - to _ results in the field throwing an error. Anyone knows of a way to make this work?
Are there any other london/uk bowls?

I won’t call names, but it is a French network... and ends in ..cis
Why limit it to bro culture? What do you call terrible white women with racist, misogynistic, and elitist sensibilities? They have their own brand of toxic conformity.
I’ve also been told that about JP. Guess I should backtrack and argue that Karens are just bros with fewer friends in high places.
I mean.... hard to pick just one
Cossette has some v odd culture
How so?
hard to choose. Is it the agency that did branded condoms for their internship night, or the agency with a heavily used branded beer pong table...
I only don’t want to because they have changed, for the most part, since those times. they’re still bro-y, but working in those shops gave me great experience that’s i am grateful to have. Also worked with some pretty awesome people who weren’t bro’s. Even if a place is super bro-y, there can be a lot of valuable experience to be had there.
Places that are super attractive to young as people starting their careers tend to be more bro-y. They hook you on perks and cool parties, because you’re probably working there all the time and will be friends with all your other early-twenties coworkers. and that’s fine, develop those social bonds with people and have fun in an agency and in your career. Harder to do in isolation, but you get my point.
My me-too advice for someone starting out: if your gut says it’s not right but you’re second guessing yourself because they’re your boss/your “friends”, your client, etc., listen to your gut.
Yes.
