I would look more at the background and stability of the account you’d be working on, and who you had chemistry with in the interview over the agency name. That’s what will matter to your day to day.
Mindshare 100%
I think it depends on the team and office. But overall I’d probably choose mindshare. Hearts is much smaller and omnicom is so behind the times.
Mindshare, like all agencies is a hit or miss...it comes down to which team you land on.
Mindshare is behind times as well, mate.
Which team, which department, which boss?
Same $$?
Tough call. I've heard good things about both, but with everything like this I think a lot of the decision is contingent on the account and the team.
Mindshare :)
100% depends on the team. I used to work at an omnicom agency but I’d say mindshare has more perks overall.
Hearts. If you want to be involved beyond the day job and to be treated like a human...
Depends on the account. It's a small industry, find out about the account leads, etc and then ask around.
