Anyone else with a house on the market right now? Even though it’s supposed to be a seller’s market I’m extremely nervous. Not sure why. We priced high, but I think it’s right. I’m generally pretty organized at work because I have to be. I’m a 4th year lawyer and my firm recently started including me in a new transactional practice area. I know now the lead attorney is unorganized and “meets”all deadlines last minute. They hope that I will bring organization to this area. I’ve lived my whole life trying not to live like this.
