Am a Cybersecurity Associate Consultant with 3 YOE. Currently am working on L3 role. Have got an offer from IBM for the band 06A and L1 role. In the interview manager said as I don't have any relevant certification and my explanation could be theoretical, so he can only consider me for L1 roles. And I need to network within the organization to work as a L2 that too after 6 months of joining.

unpopular opinion: An Mba is one of three things:
1. A ticket to get deeper into the corporate world (essentially buying into the rat race)
2. A 2 year vacation for rich people.

Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.

Am I dumb/naive for feeling guilty about possibly leaving? 😅

I may get a remote role & almost 2x my TC just as my firm is rolling out an RTO plan.
