Moving to nyc which means no more in unit washer and dryer. I have building laundry though. I don’t dry half my clothes and prefer to air dry the nicer ones. However they get wrinkled and then I usually after they’re fully dry, put in the dryer for 5-10 minutes. Any tips on what to do going forward?

I’m 23 and constantly have back pain, my shoulder aches, etc. from sitting so long at my desk. I have a standing desk and use it for a few hours a day.
1) has anyone found a routine that has significantly helped? Am I just not exercising / stretching enough?
2) Is this worth it? (Realize that’s a deeper question) But has anyone been in consulting for a while and noticed significant health / physical problems and wish they left sooner?
