Hi Guys, Currently am working with KPMG global as a Consultant and my fixed package is 12.3 + 15% bonus. I managed to clear HCl interview process and got 17.5 in which 14.7 is fixed + bonus of 87k and annual bonus of 1 lakh. Is it a good offer as I have 6.5 years of experience ? I have also heard HCL giving around 5-7% yearly hike and you dont get 100% bonus as well. And what about onsite opportunities?

Folks, I had my final case study round with MD and a manager last week. I sort of messed up on market sizing/ maths but qualitative discussion with MD on the case went alright. They want to proceed with a video interview but it’s “recommended to join the team in office occasionally and work on-site in the beginning and go from there.”

I politely withdrew and they said the VP reconsidered because it’s been difficult to get people in the office - so I would be fully remote.

I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. Part of me dares me to not work and face the consequences, at the end of the day its just a job. Is it normal to feel this way? I am just not able to find the motivation to work.
