Best/Top Consulting firms in Miami?
McKinsey & Company Can someone recommend the top consulting firms to look at for HCLS opportunities? Preferably firms with a dedicated BU in HCLS focused on advising as well as project based work. I am currently in discussions with Huron. I have looked at Oliver Wyman (appears to be heavy on payor and Rev Cycle), Deloitte McKinsey & Company and Capgemini I’ve reached out to McKinsey but didn’t receive a reply. Any direction/advice and referrals would be greatly appreciated!

BCG has been pretty great to me - I joined as an undergraduate and have found the on the job learning / mentorship experience to be fantastic.
I didn’t have any quantitative / advanced data analytics skills but have built those over time and have been on dedicated multi day training courses (we call them Analytics University) to support
Ummm while I agree with most above, any of the big 4, MBB, Accenture will provide you amazing mentorship and support your development .. the key is finding the right mentor (or combination of mentors I’d say) and that can potentially take a bit of time, luck, effort from you.. it’s amazing that you already know you want to be in consulting and want to be in the space of data analytics.. use that and land in the right team and/or projects and that should speed things up for you..
In short, remember that all these big companies work in many different areas so which suits your skills and placing yourself in that team is crucial to find the right support for your development.

^Absolutely this - couldn’t agree more.
And be the person to raise your hand / let people know what you’re interested in and (if you need to) shout about it to carve your own path.
It’s quite easy to just go along with the ride and let things go, and sometimes this will lead you to new and interesting cases, industries, skills that you could never have expected, but if you want something specific you need to nudge yourself in that direction.
