Which big 4 company has the healthiest work culture?

Finishing up my second year in audit (been through 2 busy seasons) and looking for a change. Thinking about a switch into advisory (either internal or another B4 probably), but torn between financial due diligence and accounting advisory. Would anybody be able to differentiate between those two? I’ve done some reading about the hours, exit ops, etc but interested in some first-hand experiences/what the actual differences in the work projects would be. Any insight would be appreciated. How long does it usually take to get an offer letter? I had interviews at a big 4 firm over a month ago and got an offer over the phone a few weeks ago but still no offer letter. Is this normal?
