How's it like working for PwC India as SAP Functional Senior Associate?
I have a 5.3y work ex with ACN, as a FSCM consultant (L10 currently, was assured of a L9 effective March, but declined due to growing poor culture within ACN).
Got an offer from PwC India
Current TC: 9.5 LPA.
PwC Offered TC: 19 LPA.
IBM Offered Fixed: 17 LPA
IBM would be a smooth drive, but skeptical to join PwC given the WLB issues, as a lot of folks say.

Any thoughts, comments would be really helpful!

Trying to benchmark what’s considered a very good raise as a P in different consulting firms. At ZS, best raise seems to be 400k in point value and 50k in base salary. How does MBB and B4 compare with this?

I worked for a top 10 firm. Moved to a small city and got a job w/a local tax firm. My pay is high, hours reasonable, and partners good. Problem is my clients are boring and need handholding w/basic bookkeeping. I miss the audited financials at the top 10. I feel like my skills are atrophying here. I don't know where to go since this city has no big 4 and only a few top 25 firms but they all pay less than what I make now. I prefer office life. Would you stay or look for fully remote positions?

I’ve been in a major struggle lately. The past 4 years I’ve had brain surgery, cousin committed suicide, mother had a stroke, and my grandmother fell and landed on her head last week.
