Might as well get PwC's reply in as well then. The ALM report had all 3 of us at the top, KPMG a bit behind and Accenture down aways.

Deloitte/Accenture has the best established cyber practices.
Proud to report that EY was named as a leader by ALM in cybersecurity: https://www.ey.com/en_gl/news/2018/10/alm-intelligence-names-ey-a-leader-in-cybersecurity-consulting - and reported 2nd highest cyber revenue among the Big4
KPMG's cyber practice was named as the leader by forrester's report. https://home.kpmg.com/xx/en/home/media/press-releases/2017/10/kpmg-named-a-leader-by-forrester-research.html
@OP - big4 is big4 when it comes to any function. Your question is very open ended and nearly impossible to answer. There are C suit executives who swear on one consulting firm vs another.
It’s a fact that Deloitte has a better name for itself purely based on their talent pool. EY is putting a lot of money in maturing their program. KPMG is going to be the youngest and least mature in the group. I can’t speak for the others from experience.
Either way, you can’t go wrong with any of the 4, and for that matter any company mentioned in the ALM.
Good Luck
Why not look at revenues and revenue growth for cyber?
Revenue
1. Deloitte
2. PwC
3. EY
4. KPMG
Revenue growth
1. PwC
2. EY
3. Deloitte
4. KPMG
Simply speaking the rankings are subject to change at a moments notice and every firm will be able to find something that says they are #1. AKA they are meaningless outside of "Ra-Ra we are the best" chest thumping.
If you want to work for the "Frontrunner" get ready to change firms every few years.
Wow, for the prestige level I saw on vault http://www.vault.com/company-rankings/consulting/best-firms-in-each-practice-area/?sRankID=396 this is really quite different in reality. Accenture and IBM are nowhere the top
Now it looks like you’re trolling. You asked one question and then provided a non relevant post. Don’t go to a company based on its prestige. Get validation somewhere else
Not trying to troll or look for validation. I mentioned Vault ranking as prestige is usually tied with quality of work and caliber of people.
I also wanted to verify those Vault ranking with you all to see if they were true for those actually in the field. I am just a person trying to get in to one of the top firms and seeing where I should be shooting for, not trying to rub my own back.
I haven’t seen the ALM reports which came as a shock to see those iconic IT companies lower than the Big 4 .
Thank you all for your feedback and links. It has been valuable info as I try to find my next employer.
P2- most of Ps revenue is in government, correct?
Great info, do you have a source?
Any tech companies like IBM or HP are crappy. I came from HP services and big 4 are way better even with less tech people
