How do you motivate yourself to stay in public accounting (B4)?

So I'm not a top performer. Definitley not the smartest guy at big 4. But some of the questions I get from very experienced seniors are just so basic.

1st Post: How do MBB Risk & Regulation Teams compare to Big 4? It’s the only area where I’ve seen a Big4 Manager move to an MBB without a demotion (at least in Europe). Any insights are appreciated!:)

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

I think I made a faux pas during a discussion with a recruiter when asked what my salary expectations were. I KNOW not to give my number first but I was so caught off guard by the question since it was our initial discussion that I just blurted out a range.
