Job security =being good at your job. If your good, then no worries.
^true. If you're very good at what you do, you're never getting laid of barring catastrophic circumstances. However, if you're in the average bucket, you are more susceptible to getting laid off. Good people get cut for budgetary reasons, extremely brilliant people do not unless the firm is also collapsing.
Why do people keep asking this? It depends on so many factors, including the pipeline of your service line which can change quarter to quarter.
^cute, kid. I worked at D and P before K. Not everyone on this app is a butt hurt millennial.
D1 you said if you're good at your job you won't be laid off. Plenty of good employees get laid off. Yes the better you are the less likely you are of being laid off but it doesn't make you immune from a layoff
Ppl ask because ppl care about the answer lol
If you think ppl don't get laid off for companies having budgeting problems you're delusional lol
D1 2007 disagrees with you. 2009 is also not fully sold on that idea
Clearly kpmg
K has the best. The worst depends on the climate and splits between D and EY.
Says someone from k
I actually think it is that black and white. Unfortunately a lot of people think they are better at there job than they are ;)
I heard Deloitte s&o has been doing awful and all the average talent are on the chopping block
So many factors, no one can answer
And I'm asking as a whole if one is known for best or worst job security. If it completely depends on the service line and can't compare job security as a whole then say neither is best or worse.
Sc2 are you saying kpmg has the best or worst?
It's not that black and white but okay D1 lol
D1 is correct
Well high performers don't get laid off for budgetary reasons...
Strategy& has the best job security.
