Has anyone flown recently? Which airlines did the best with maintaining cleanliness, boarding procedures, etc? I flew United and they had ppl with seats in the back board first which I thought was smart. What have been people’s other observations?

I was talking with my director the other day about how I think the US should be implementing longer maternity leave policies and generally better parental leave policies for parents who have given birth/had a partner give birth/adopted a child, and she said it was "a crackpot idea meant to push socialist agendas." Where do I even start...The countries with better parental leave policies are MILES ahead of us.

My boyfriend and I make 200K combined and live in NJ. We have $1000 in monthly car payments combined. That’s all we owe. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We have 50K to put down on a home. We have done the math and I know we can afford much more but he doesn’t want to buy more than a 400K home. I’m almost positive we can afford 500K and be more than ok. Looking for a Delta rewards card and was going to go with Amex, but internationally Amex isn’t widely accepted and I already have the Gold. So I accepted my offer from a new firm (where I am getting a 30k increase + benefits) and gave my two weeks yesterday but my boss was shocked. She wants to give me a counter offer tomorrow but ultimately told me she cannot give me the benefits the new firm is offering (health, dental, vision insurance, unl. PTO, 401k matching). Part of me already has my mind made up that I’m leaving but the other part has me thinking I might be making a mistake…. I am going to hear her out but IDK what to do!

Why do people not just use the option wheel strategy on S&P 500? Is there something wrong with this if the returns are >15% in a year as opposed to buy and hold which averages 9% every year.
