I would argue that most of the certification programs are money grabs. It's far more important to get experience working with communities that you're claiming to support / advocate for / include.

The National Diversity Council has the following:
National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP). This is what I have.
Diversity First Certified Diversity Executive (DFCDE).
The Society for Diversity has the following:
Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)
Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)
These come with credentials that you have to recertify after a few years.
The Cornell ILR advanced DEI certification.
I really enjoyed the eCornell D&I certification program. It was very informative and covered a variety of topics.
