Does anyone else come home overstimulated, anxious, and exhausted on in-office days from all the constant social interaction (small talk and navigating the commute… no meaningful conversations)? Mine is to meditate, pop a klonopin, and write in a journal. This 30 minute routine quiets the mind and removes distractions.
