Hi Fishes! I joined Capgemini as a fresher in June 2021 got trained in automation testing for 3 months and later tagged to a manual testing project. I received a hike last July 2022 after completion of one year. As per Capgemini new policy our designations will be changed after 18 months of joining that will be January 2023 can I expect any hike after my designation changes? If yes how much can i expect. Sharing my interview experience with JP Morgan Chase India: I gave 3 rounds of interview for a VP position spending total of 3 hours including a coding test of 1 hour as part of 3rd round. The panel was from U.S. and they appeared very interested at every stage. However, as soon as I finished the 3rd round, they went silent. As per my self assessment, I performed well in the coding round. However, when I followed up I was told that they are considering an internal candidate for that position. JPMorgan Chase

In Infosys I had a pretty good wlb, didn't had to workall day, whenever I had some work I could complete the task and that's it(no time slot as such) ,but I have heard other units in Infosys have pretty tight and hectic work

What is this “allow”? No one is tying you to the desk. Just finish work to your satisfaction and leave whenever you want.
There are smart ways to managing these 5 stakeholders. But that comes with experience. Ultimately your time spent in office is a function of the culture of the team and how you adopt it. I rejected long hours from Day 1. Have carried this philosophy in my 16 years work exp and have managed expectations of not 5 but 10’s of such stakeholders. Should learn how to give it back also nicely but within reason. One day you will become the boss and what you say the team and stakeholders will follow.
