Been Interested in working at a FAANG for the past 5 years. I am a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Product Owner. I never see many roles in those areas at most FAANG companies ?? Can someone help me out ? Is it a different title at those companies and are referrals needed ??

Why are people still shaking hands, after all we've been through the pandemic?

I don't shake hands anymore, and will not going forward. A simple "hi" or "hello" followed by a smile. A fist bump if the other person really insists on contact.

We don't need the palm of our hands to touch and stay locked in for a few seconds.

I am currently serving notice period at my company as Data Analyst at onco. com . In my current job, I handle all the data reporting and investor key metrics that are to be reported to the CEO. I mostly worked here on Excel and BI tool like AWS open search. I am skilled in R programming, Tableau, KNIME, etc. My skillsets include Data Science, Business Analytics and Machine Learning.

I have 5 YOE working service based companies. I have worked in Java, Cyber Security and Sailpoint.

What will be the repercussions if I leave EY GDS and take break for few months and then start looking for job in product based. If any HR can weigh in.

Got call from TCS HR & he asked my expected CTC & scheduled interview. After clearing both rounds, I got selected & got call from recruitment HR for further process. In discussion I told her that I already have EP id (used to login on TCS portal) & had got offer letter last time but did not join as TCS was not ready to renegotiate. So she said she can only proceed with my profile if I agree to join on same CTC as my current. I said NO. but will this happen every time now when I apply to TCS?

Are the hiring managers going to weigh it while hiring you in future?

Like HM would reject just because you switched that early before, even if you skills are good fit?

I got offer from MindTree and they gave me 100% hike and location will be mumbai. So it’s good place to join?What about WLB? And for mumbai location they have latest technology projects or they have legacy projects ?
