Hi Guys, just wanted your opinion on which laptop to be purchased for the wfh reimbursement? Should I go with a mac or a windows laptop? In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

After accepting the Oracle offer's what are steps until joining. I am not able to see joining date any where on the portal. I am immediate joiner.

I interviewed at KPMG, CTC part already discussed, I clearly mentioned I’m holding offer and I’m expecting 20-30% hike on my offer and he agreed and proceeds my profile.
I cleared 1st technical round and second round interviewers asked my expectations and same I replied. Then he talk very unprofessional and also he is explaining how much they have effort for conducting one interview and here you’re doing shopping. He ended the interview.
