I'm in my first year, I'll probably make around 50k. My brother, same company and everything. has been here 5 years and is breaking 160k. Highest earners at the firm make around $700k -$1 million and are around 50 or older. Is it worth trying to make a way in PE now(I'm 25 just recently graduated) Don't know what I should do...
