Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

Is 50,000 enough to live in Bangalore?
hey folks, I am going to join Oracle ossi in Hyderabad location. I have never been to Hyderabad, and will be relocating. Please guide on what would be good areas to look for rent. Also, what would be rent like for 2/3 bhk. Ideally my budget for rent would be <25k. Initially I will be going but in future my family will join me once I am settled. Any points to note or any other gotcha to keep in mind ? Please suggest.

No wlb in big4's , only pressure ,politics and buttering works here.u will become blunt after working for couple of years, mine is auditing ,sometimes u need to stay late night even though there is no much work ,just in order to follow things , and managers here are really crazy for simple issues also
💯
Deloitte is best in terms of WLB
EY is worst
KPMG
I have experienced Deloitte, EY and PwC.. in my experience Deloitte is best
None actually. Most teams are understaffed and work employees to the core. You can always expect a 12 hr day on an average. That's not exactly balanced.
Pro
12 hour avg days?
Well there goes my ambition of working in a big4
WLB is most of the times bad because of the aggressive timelines, join only for good packages, hikes and brand value. Long term is not suggested
Depends on the Service Line you are joining. For eg, in season, Audit teams work for upto 15-16 hours a day (with OT obvs) but if you talk about Consulting, unless you are really bad at your work no need to stay beyond your work hours.
Been with 3 our 4 big fours and can say that bad leads are something that we all had to deal with at a point but doesn't mean that culture is such. My current lead doesn't mind if I log in 2 hour late, be away for hours and then log off early as long as I do my work properly and with no escalations.
Depends upon ur mood how you balance the professional and personal life. Most important is how much गांधी जी you get bcz the mood is directly proportional to the gandhi ji u recv.
Work life balance totally depends upon project type and the team you are in. I have experienced good work life balance both in PwC and Deloitte. As my domain is BI, deadline is quite flexible. Sometimes there is work pressure but that is very rare. But if you are in core audit or tax or client facing consulting role then forget about work life balance.
Pro
From what I have heard, WLB is never good in Big4
I would love to see the inputs of the guys/girls working in Big4
Minimum 12hours of working. Adhoc calls with US at IST EARLY MORNING AND ON LATE EVENING
None
Don't think about big 4. Not much personal growth and financial as well. Once you enter very difficult to exit
It’s all pretty much same in Big4; a bit of difference here and there.
All are similar. Although it depends on project
Can we have a debate here instead of normal opinions please ?
Yes we can Have! I hate all big 4 😛😛 Living a poor life !
