rsu tax implications!
hello Fishes can someone please guide me on tax implications of rsu.
RSU of a company which is still private. And may be can go for IPO in US stock exchanges but not in near future.
If given base pay of 30 L + rsu of 30 L(vested at end of year) = 60L CTC
will I have to pay tax on 60L or 30L assuming iam not selling the stocks.
