Will I be eligible for annual hike in Nov cycle..? If I'm not, then in 2023 when will I get annual hike.? Sep or Nov 2023...?

Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Even Though I cleared the Technical and Managerial round with(EXL Services, Analytic Edge) still not received the offer letter due to notice period. I have 90 days notice period. And In this week I have scheduled Round 4 with HR in JPMC, So Should I tell correct NP details, due the last 2 companies experience OR I say about 60 days NP and try very hard for Negotiation, I don't want to miss the JPMC offer due to NP.

The company B has offered me 27LPA
This is my last week on notice period.
Can I ask company A to match company B.
Is there a risk that company A can revoke my offer?
