If geo is not a huge concern then think about your long term career goals and see which service line aligns to what you want. Exit opportunities will differ between tax and accounting. With tax, you generally stick to tax or related fields. Variations of this will include international tax, transfer pricing, Corp tax, etc. Accounting route can gives you analytical tools that can straddle both finance and accounting. So you have the option of keep doing accounting or transition to a more finance focused role such as FP&A. What's your interest area?
Thank you so much for your detailed advice! Really appreciate it! I don’t want to stick to tax yet since I haven’t seen the audit side. It just I’m afraid to apply for audit position since I don’t have any related experiences. I’ll do some research on both sides!

Got it! Thank you for your advice!
I don’t know about tax at BDO Seattle but audit has seen a lot of turnover after the Recent merger (before the great resignation started). I would ask lots and lots of questions about culture and retention.

I like Seattle but I can share an apartment with my friend in NYC. And withum can provide me the opportunity to learn audit.
Are they both remote work?
BDO then
