Hi everyone! I work at a large manufacturing company and have been here for about a year as a member of their executive training rotational program. I’ve been a top performer and I really like my job. A (much) smaller company in the same industry has reached out and offered me 135k for a similar role (current base is 121k). My question is, can I leverage this offer to be paid more at my current company even if I have no intention of accepting the other offer?

Passed the mcq part of the Platform Dev 2 yesterday. Now need to complete the trailheads. I am technical consultant. Just felt like sharing. Took me well over 3 months to prep and 2 failed attempts.

I lateraled from ID to BigLaw. I am finding that the staff upon which I must now rely are not nearly as knowledgeable, skilled and well-trained as those I worked with at my last firm.
