^ I heard Accenture fires you if you're on the beach around 6 weeks though. Is that not true?
Accenture I love it here very nurturing
Worked at D, PwC, EY and now ACN. ACN so far has the best culture imo. Followed by EY, then PwC then D. Each has its pros and cons. ACN can be a bit loosely structured, EY too rigid and strict, PwC filled with douches, Deloitte backstabbing and competitive.
This post is for people that have been around ... I only have the one data point but I'm pretty happy at EY.
ACNs CEO Julie Sweet is really doing some great things to help with work life balance, culture and benefits to keep employees happy. I'm happy with our leadership and feel like that is slowly making its way down the chain.
My read from scanning FB and also having friends across the firm's is: EY, Bain, and Deloitte.
Deloitte. Great firm...great people.
Everyone always says their own firm lol
Have only worked for K but have friends at every firm and at risk of seeming biased, I honestly do think that KPMG has the best. At least from my experience.
@atk mind giving us some background? Interesting move
Acn1 we do have peeps getting kicked out in projects too... fully staffed dude in a consultant position got kicked out earlier this year. Sucks but it happens, albeit it seems rare
And Accenture, please don't take that the wrong way. That's my very narrow exposure to accentures culture. I'm describing my experience with a few Accenture employees so it's clearly not significant enough to represent the company culture as a whole.
EY. Experience: EY & D
Accenturee....if you equate sex to culture
@D1 it was only earlier this year when we were laying people off. I actually thought it was better than how Deloitte and PwC just had mass layoffs even for people staffed on projects. At Accenture we only got rid of people who were on the bench for 6 weeks. Also this policy excluded first year analysts.
It's not like that all the time. I was on the bench for 3 months from July till October and obviously didn't get fired.
its the only one i've worked at, but i like the culture at pwc, its very supportive and encouraging. i like that we get paired with three different career mentors at different levels in their own career.
If you find other ways to keep busy like BD work or internal projects or training. In other words have purpose remain invaluable.
Based off my experiences from recruiting, interviews, friends, etc I feel like Deloitte and EY have a good culture. A lot of the ppl I've met at Accenture were serious and couldn't hold a conversation. MBB and Pwc i have minimum exposure to so no real input.
Deloitte ACN PWC the worst
KPMG the best 😜💁♂️💁🏼
