What do you do about missing work? I have so many students that miss days or just don’t complete work in class and are given the work to make up, but it never gets turned in. I spent so many days tracking down so many students hounding them for their missing work. Do I keep hounding them or make them be responsible 8th graders and give them zeros until they learn. How do I politely hint at a guy I have just started seeing that he is moving to fast? My H1-B expires on April 2022. My perm is currently in process and they are applying for H1B extension and H4 visa extension for my spouse. The immigration team said that they can apply for an H4 ead as well. Is that possible? My H1b visa started April 2016 on i-94 and and is stamped as start date April 2016. I have only been physically in the US for 5 years and 2 months. I am confused on how can they still file for an EAD? Am I missing something?

I recently received an offer from a competitor with a promotion to my existing role and close to 50% hike. PwC is about to file my I140 in premium now and now I am caught up in 2 minds. Would I wait for another 180 days to make sure that my I140 technically cannot be revoked or do i risk joining the new firm ?
