Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

AA was a complete sh!tshow this week. Twice my flights were delayed eventually leading me to miss my connection at DFW late at night. No further flights out. Had to overnight at hotel. Get to DFW this morning, complete disaster. Feels like this could be a combination of weather + cascading delays + labor shortage + fewer flights = disaster. Thoughts?

ServiceNow : 34 LPA ( includes 10% variable) + 5L Joining Bonus + 55k USD stocks.
BOA : 36 LPA ( allfixed ).

YOE : 8.5 years
