Is this real life for most or is my personal experience clouding my expectations of what "Industry" is like

I've always been uncomfortable presenting, now have 2yoe on the job yet I feel my nerves are getting worse, to the point where sometimes I wake up at night on the day of a presentation, that didn't use to be a problem. It's a really frustrating issue and it's holding me back... Has got worse since I just switched to a new firm, I feel I'm so far from presenting with the confidence my peers show. Anyone have the same problem or tips on how you overcame this fear of presenting?

Any advice of changing auto/home insurances?

Do not understand why managers keep the entire team late to correct ppt formatting issues for a draft... I understand glaring issues, but not minor font discrepancies & not after working 15+hour days

Unpopular opinion- I love being a younger female attorney. I use it to my advantage with old school male OCs. I find that I get what I want for me and my clients when I go with the strategy of “help me” rather than the overly aggressive ,”have something to prove” approach I see from my older female attorney mentors. I don’t get any less respect and everyone wins. 🤷🏻‍♀️
