Hi everyone! I have a few questions on submitting the visa appointment fee expense for reimbursement in DTE: Can we submit an expense for our spouse’s visa appointment (they’re on H4)? I am from India and in order to pay the visa fee I used the NEFT option to pay but the Indian bank account my brother’s. What receipt will be accepted in DTE? I don’t think there’s any receipt that we received. It was just my brother initiated the transfer from his Deloitte" class="linkified" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" >account.Deloitte

PwC. It stopped doing envelopes after the oscars! No need for any receipts anymore!
DTE is really good. It has improved exponentially the past several years. Expense grouping was life changing.
PwC's process is all digital, pulling receipts as the transactions are settled by AMEX, except in very limited situations (higher cash expenses that need recipients scanned in). I haven't submitted a paper receipt in quite a few years now, and I travel both domestic and internationally constantly. Way better than when it was manual, even if the T&E app has a clunky GUI. I understand the Public Sector practice's process to be more cumbersome but I'm not part of it to know details.
D hotel receipts are still submitted digitally though, so it's not terrible
I would like to say "PwC has GONE digital" 😣
Neither does PwC
Thankfully we ditched the blue envelopes last year! Finally!
Damn lol
PDub or Accenture - both digital unless it's a expense on your personal card over $75
EY does not let you expense lunch...😏
M1-So is D except hotel receipts
