Which firm usually gets the most interesting project for a person with CPA background?

Got stuck in client city on Thursday night, client that's been flirty for the whole project wants to go out tonight. Should I go? I have a girlfriend but think this could be good for my career.

I owe a lot of my career to the PPD on my project, but she's making me eat hours like CRAY. Worry that stirring the pot will ruin the relationship, honestly is it worth it to nurture the relationship?

Does EPAM system India Also has similar bench policy to EPAM Anywhere..where they will only pay 50k during bench and full pay only in project?

With no clear indication of when/if we will go back to client sites or even into our office for the next year or two does anyone feel displaced and confused? How many Industry people who moved to consulting want to go back to Industry? There is a saying that in Accenture 75% of Industry/Experienced hires go back to Industry within 4 years. Unfortunately they also make it hard to progress as an individual contributor with highly tech skillset and the only way to progress is to manage groups of consultants or sell work/projects to customers.

Spouse (in finance) wants to start looking for a new job. Have never had to do it before in this country so unsure of how to navigate (cont.)

So we all know that consulting is a demanding career. We also know that 8 hours of sleep is important to be healthy. How do you balance this??? At this point in my life, I don’t have anything else going on and literally only ask for the 8 hours of sleep + 2 hours in total for all my meals. It’s still a lot to ask for apparently 😩

People on work visa: do you invest in 401k? (Given that you are not sure if you'll stay in US for good)
