Why would you do that? I'd recommend talking to someone about culture in the federal industry before switching.

Accenture is running healthcare.gov

PwC has a big HHS team with lots of diversity in the type of work .

Looking into healthcare roles in Toronto (industry or consulting) with ~10 years combined experience in multinational companies. Planning to settle with PR within this year, my experience so far is out of Canada. Scope of past experience is very wide, including commercial / supply chain / portfolio management responsibilities.

What would be the best way to explore? What type of roles/companies to target? All suggestions and introductions are welcomed. Any experience sharing is also appreciated.

Juicy confession here:
I’ve had a bad rash on my bum from over wiping so now I’ve been having to use my shower head to clean and somehow my SO still loves me and isn’t even phased by it. Will call out, I am not a dirty individual just renting a place that’s strict about making changes for a short term rental (4 months) so I can’t install a bidet

Need genuine suggestions.
Currently in finance project production support.
My work is:
- data file transfer from test server to production server and vice versa using winscp tool
- making code changes in unix, perl scripts and syncsorts in production server (no tool) as per requirement from client
- familiar with Agile methodologies, rally, confluence, unix shell scripting

What should I learn in order to switch as there's no growth in terms of learning technology/language.
