Which firms are doing the most / majority work within Health and Human Services at the federal level? And any recommendations for switching from commercial / private sector to public sector?

3rd year associate at a primarily insurance defense firm… management committee wants me to develop a bankruptcy practice, but I don’t know where to start. Anyone have a similar path?

Just wondering how many folks have you met who don’t consider mental health issues seriously and just think it’s for emotionally weak? For me it’s about 90% of my colleagues or bosses

Looking into healthcare roles in Toronto (industry or consulting) with ~10 years combined experience in multinational companies. Planning to settle with PR within this year, my experience so far is out of Canada. Scope of past experience is very wide, including commercial / supply chain / portfolio management responsibilities.

- making code changes in unix, perl scripts and syncsorts in production server (no tool) as per requirement from client
- familiar with Agile methodologies, rally, confluence, unix shell scripting

What should I learn in order to switch as there's no growth in terms of learning technology/language.
