Hi! Looking to see what the average salary range is for a Workman’s Comp Adjuster with one year of current experience, in the northeastern NJ area. I feel as though I’ve brought value to the company, eagerly take on side projects and additional work if requested, but also feel underpaid.

Working as a BDM in food service, been at conpany 8 months , salary is $95k base and $20k car allowance , bringing in large accounts, not sure if this is reasonable .

Recently left Big 4 audit for an industry role and just got an offer to come back but in FDD. Is it worth it in the long run to go back now but with the same pay/possibly a slight pay cut to work probably double the hours I’m currently working in industry?

Does A&M have the same independence guidelines/restrictions as the Big 4?
