Which firms are offering permanent work from home (i.e., the ability to move out of state) at this point?

I'm currently working in front end development at Infosys. (WFH) CTC : 3 and YOE : 0.5 I'm getting an offer of associate product manager with 6LPA in a product company. (Mostly metro cities) Please advice whether to join or stay back ? Also which track is better in terms of future salaries ?

My manager thinks that because I WFH, I shouldn't be allowed to take sick time. If I do take a day off, she makes such a big deal over it, and makes life miserable for days afterwards. Problem is, I work in HR, so I'm really not sure who to go to, or if there's anything I can even do.

Anyone else realizing how efficiently they can work from home and dreading going back in to your office? I have an hour commute each way and I’ve found myself really enjoying being home. I wouldn’t mind going into the office 2-3 days a week, but WFH has been extremely enlightening.

My boyfriend said he might not come back to the city for indeterminate time. His reasons are wfh is here to stay and if he come backs to NYC, anytime he wants to visit his parents, he will have to quarantine for 2 weeks. They are from MA and he is close to his parents if that info is relevant. What do you guys think? Should I start thinking about doing long distance or maybe put this relationship on pause?

I am noticing that McKinsey is increasingly recruiting at non-elite schools (very roughly speaking not top 15 schools). At my old undergrad, 5 years ago the most competitive firm to show up was EY. This year McKinsey took 4 non-internship full hires. Why is McKinsey going “down market” for recruiting? Are elite school kids losing interest in consulting so McK has to cast a wider net? Or is McK seeking a wider pool for other reasons? I advise undergrads on consulting so want to be best informed.
