Deloitte does

EY

PwC

MBB?

Not a pension, but essentially a pension.

Means it’s both complicated and we don’t share, but it’s good.

Hello,
I have worked in healthcare for almost 4 years now. I have experience in managed care, utilization management, and clinical administrator coordinator. I love my job and the pay is fair but being single and on my own it is not enough to live on and enjoy. I make about 55K and am really hoping to reach at-least a 75K+ job. I also have my Bachelors degree in Sociology! Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for jobs so I can make higher pay and actually enjoy my hard work earnings?

2- Appian, solution engineer

Worked in a smaller consulting firm before so not sure if I really enjoy building decks and all that consulting stuff. Would appreciate some insights!

I am terrible at withholding salary information from recruiters. Yesterday a recruiter gave the line “I would hate for us to get to the end of the interview process only for it to turn out that we couldn’t give the salary you would need” so I panicked and threw out a number that was thirty percent higher than my current pay. He then told me the salary range which was way higher! Do you really just firmly repeat “I need to learn more about the team and benefits before I can assign a number?”

Hi fishes,

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?

Genuine question…
I have about $3M in net worth (retirement accounts, stock market investments, checking and savings account) Additionally, I have two homes about $1.2M in average market worth. Have been thinking about FIRE but at 2.5% rule I’m looking at about $100K in income annually and about $28K from rental income. Age is 48 going to 49. And one kid yet to start school = $200K college expense. What would you suggest possible options can look like for retirement?

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. I haven’t heard back since and yesterday I reached out to the recruiter to get some status updates. She has not responded. It’s already Friday. Is it a bad sign or am I overthinking?
